1. Membership is open to Indian & NRI subjected to approval by credit & Conduct Committee.
2. Membership is only applicable at Bhalaswa Golf Course (Delhi) only.
3. Members are allowed in Golfing range only.
4. Membership fee is applicable from date of Applying.
5. Members have right to play at Golfing range once in a week except of Monday.
6. Members have to abide by rules & regulations set by Golf Association violation of which may cause membership cancellation & fine.
7. Members can invite meetings or guest at course but that should be as per membership rules i.e. Once in a week; further guest will be allowed at nominal fee of Rs.100 per person.
8. Members have to follow dress code of course i.e. Trouser, T-shirt with Color, Shoes. (In Winter Jacket & in Summer Bermuda is allowed.
9. Members have to maintain decorum of Club and have to take care of Club properties i.e. golf sticks, irons & putters. Damage of any article will attract cost as well as fine.
10. Membership have to be very specific about their behavior.
11. Members have no claim on any property of club & also golf club property can be changed while informing & members have to follow instructions issued by club.
12. Membership's 6 months fee have to be paid inadvance is compulsory and is non-refundable.
13. All disputes are subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction and Aribtrator Mr. Nitin Vashisht has been appointed as arbitrator.
